- Registration for this event must be completed ONLINE only.
- Cash will not be accepted onsite for the Main event registration.
- Refund Policy:
ALL refund requests must be submitted via email at poke-event@hotmail.com by
Sept. 20, 2019 by 9am EDT. Any requests after 9am Sept. 20, 2019 will not be honored. Refunds will have a 10% refund administration fee deducted from the entry fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. No requests for cancellation will be honored after this date. All registrations are non-transferable. Stage 1 & VIP packages are Non-refundable.

After you register for the Main Event, you will receive a CONFIRMATION email with a personal link to submit your Decklist or Teamlist, please KEEP this email.
Or
You may submit a paper list on-site.
Regardless of how you choose to submit your list, you MUST SUBMIT BEFORE 8am on Saturday Sept. 28, 2019. If you do not, you will be removed from the Main Event.

Please note: Food Vendors on site. I would highly recommend everyone bringing their own lunch bag. Some locations around our event will get crowded and have long lines.Remember this is a Convention Center -individual food is okay - Do not bring in large quanties of outside food - Be smart.
Please make sure you receive your information for Day 2 from your Head Judge before leaving the venue.
