ALL refund requests must be submitted via email at poke-event@hotmail.com by Nov. 29, 2019 by 9am PDT. Any requests after 9am Nov. 29, 2019 will not be honored. Refunds will have a 10% refund administration fee deducted from the entry fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. No requests for cancellation will be honored after this date.

Pokeparent/Legal Guardian Discount:
Parents/Legal guardians who are playing in the main event and have a child playing in any age division will receive $10 in side event tickets per child. Please stop by the Information desk anytime after 11am Saturday with your ID.
Military Discount:
In appreciation of our service women and men, we offer a discount to all active, reservist, veteran, retired US military personnel, and to their spouses and dependents who are playing in the Main event. You can choose to receive $10 in side event tickets or 3 booster packs. Please stop by the Information desk anytime after 11am Saturday with your Military ID.
