Saturday Dec. 7th
7:30AM      HALL OPENS
7:30AM- 8AM
ALL players MUST check the final Roster posted online and in front of the HALL. If your name is missing please proceed to the Information Desk.


TCG   
There is NO check in. If your name appears on the Roster AND you have submitted your decklist then you are checked in. Decklists Online or On-Site MUST be submitted before 8AM the morning of the event. If you do not turn in a decklist, you will be REMOVED from the Main Event.
Swag Pick up: anytime Sat. or Sun. at the Swag Squad area. 
VIP Swag Pick up Station/room- no later than 8am.

VG
      VG Masters
After checking roster, proceed to VG Team box locking area before 8am. Team list: MUST be submitted online or onsite before 8AM. If you do not turn in a Teamlist, you will be removed from the Main Event.

    VG Juniors & Seniors
Your Main Event is on SUNDAY. Same procedures as VG Masters.

VIP Swag Pick up Station/room- no later than 8am.​
8:10AM- 8:20AM   Round 1 pairings posted.

7:30AM      DAY 2 Swiss - Masters check in.
7:30AM- 8AM
       VG Juniors & Seniors

8:30AM - 8:40AM   Player meeting.
9AM      TOP CUT TCG - Juniors & Seniors
9AM      TOP CUT VG - Masters

Please note: Food vendors may be onsite. It is highly recommended to bring your own lunch bag. Locations around the venue will be crowded. Remember this is a Convention Center - individual food is okay - Do not bring in large quanties of food. - Be smart.

What are the Prizes?
Prizes for the Pokemon Regional Championships will be more than $50,000 in prize money, scholarships, and Travel Certificates based on attendance.

Trading Info
Trading is, of course, permitted at the Pokémon Regional Championships, but some things aren’t permitted on site and may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
Examples include:
Buying, selling, or soliciting to buy or sell cards with anyone except Authorized Vendors.
Altering cards in exchange for money or any other types of compensation
Taking up excessive space while trading or transporting excessive amounts of trade stock.
Advertising without permission from the event organizer.
